Event Information
Gates open 1pm. Approx finish time 5/5.30pm. Events in the Main Arena run 1pm- 4.30pm. 

Entrance fee is 50p per person. Please remember that most (if not all) stalls operate CASH ONLY!

Toilet facilities are located on the far left-hand side of Burrs Meadow and two portaloos in the carpark of The Bell pub (back right-hand corner).
Standon Village Hall have a Disabled Access toilet.

There is a small carpark in Paper Mill Lane (accessed via the Diversion via Hadham Road as Standon High Street will be closed) but PLEASE try to walk or carshare as parking is very limited. There is a small charge per vehicle, directly payable to the 1st Braughing Scout Group upon entry who kindly run the carpark for us on the day, as part of their fundraising efforts. Parking is free for residents who live on the High Street and are moving their vehicles out of the area. 

Road Closure
Standon High Street will be closed from 10am- 5.30pm. There is a roadsigned diversion in place via Hadham Road.

Please email us on [email protected] or through Facebook if you can spare any time to help run the event. Especially needed are programme sellers 12noon- 4pm in 1hr slots.

Lost Children Policy
The Lost Children meeting point is the St.Johns Ambulance station on the High Street. Before attending the event please tell your children where to go if they get separated. Any lost children who are found will be taken to St.Johns station, and equally if you have lost your child then please make your way there. St.John's are in communication with the Event Safety Officer via walkie talkies.
